Hi! My name is Patty Burns and I live in Kansas City, Mo. with my wonderful husband Geoff.
I started making floral wreaths about 15 years ago. I had a craft business at the time and made a little bit of everything crafty but my passion was floral wreaths. So I started combining the two--a beautiful floral wreath with some crafting elements. I call them themed wreaths.
I started listing my wreaths on Ebay about four years ago when my job was outsourced to India. I really enjoy the whole process of designing and selling my custom wreaths. As a bonus I have met the nicest people!
Last fall I temporarily put my business on hold to take in my terminally ill Mother. It was truly a labor of love and I will always cherish our time together. Unfortunately, she passed away this summer. My Mother was my biggest fan and I know she would want me to get back to work doing what I love to do. Many nights were spent with my notebook and pen in hand jotting down wreath designs and ideas. Now I am busy bringing those sketches to life.
